How to filter iCloud mail

First go to http://www.icloud.com

Next vo right arrow to the mail button and then press vo space bar on it. 

 

Next if the mail boxes group doesn’t appear then vo left arrow to the mail frame and interact with it. 

Then interact with the mail boxes group. 

Next vo right arrow to the show actions button and then press vo space bar on it. 

Next vo down arrow to the rules option and then press vo space bar on it. 

Next vo left arrow until voiceover says empty table and then stop interacting with it. 

Next vo right arrow to the rules tab and then press vo space bar to select it. 

Next vo right arrow to the add a rule button and then press vo space bar on it. 

Next  in the name or email address edit field type in the email address you want to filter. 

Then vo right arrow  to the choose a folder button and then press vo space bar on it. 

Next use the vo up or downarrow keys to find the new folder option and then press vo space bar. 

THen type the name of the new folder and then press enter to accept the new folder. 

Then vo left arrow to the done button and then press vo space bar.

Setting up a commander with Voice over on the mac

1. Open up vo utility with f8 and go to commanders. Push command 8 to get to commanders quickly

2. Vo right arrow to keyboard and vo space bar on that

3. Make sure you check the check box to enable the option key to work with commander

4. Vo space bar to add ndew, hit vo space bar on that

5. Type the letter or the number you want to use. For example, I would type the letter c for converstion.

6. Vo right arrow to the pop up menu and space bar on it. Then use the down arrow to go threw the various options. You want custom commands if you want this to open a program for you

7. Once you get to custom commands, hit enter, its going to be on the option you want already, whitch is open an application. So vo space bar on that

8. Vo right arrow to the applications table, and inter act with it

9. Find the app you want, and hit inter on it

10. It will bring you back to the area where you selected the number or letter of what you wanted to use to open the application. Stop inter acting with that and your done. Close vo utility, and try it. So I would push option key with the letter C, and it will open my conversion program. By default it is the right option key, but there is a pop up menu that lets you change it to the left or both. HTH
